GP Registrar
I graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2015. Since graduation, I have spent most of my career working in intensive care medicine in Port Macquarie, Taree, Newcastle and Sydney, before moving back to Forster to begin general practice training. I spent 2 years working at the University of Newcastle teaching medical students and continue to teach into the Yapug program (a bridging course for Indigenous students to enter medicine).
I have an interest in preventative health, chronic disease management, indigenous health and acute medicine.
I grew up in Forster and all of my family are located here. I enjoy going to the beach with my dogs, keeping strong and active at CrossFit, spending time with friends and family and cooking (and eating) nice foods! I find educating people about health and working with them to help achieve their goals the most rewarding part of my job and general practice.
