Appointments
Our consultation times are 15 minutes. Longer consultation times are available for complex health problems or counselling for emotional difficulties. Please inform the receptionist if you require extra time. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and doctor.
Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will inform you if there is an extended delay.
Please notify us in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment.
Payment
Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, cheque, credit card or EFTPOS. Fees and charges remain variable for each patient depending on individual circumstances. Below are the standard consultation fees.

Prescription & Referral Requests
Our HotDocs online system will allow you to request and pay for your scripts online. You must select your own regular GP, if your GP is not listed, they are either away or do not accept online script requests. You will be required to make an appointment to see a GP. If you have not seen a doctor within six months, you will need to book an appointment.
Please allow AT LEAST 3 BUSINESS DAYS for requests.
