Dr Marlene Wijaya
BMed, MD, MPhil
Dr Wijaya is a GP Registrar. She graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2017 and completed a further degree in Master of Philosophy (University of Sydney) in the area of dermatology in 2021.
Following intern and resident years in Port Macquarie, she gained further experience as a Medical Registrar, Dermatology SRMO & Registrar at Westmead and Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney.
She has previous experience in medical research and clinical trials, and has published in various peer-reviewed journals.
She enjoys all areas of general practice, with special interests in dermatology and chronic disease management.
Outside work, she can be spotted baking a cake or two, or going for a walk to explore the surrounding areas.
